Energy Technologies Exhibits Latest Designs at Fire Rescue 2006 Conference and Exposition, Las Vegas, NV.

  • Mansfield, OH, March 06, 2006: Energy Technologies, Inc. (ETI) will be exhibiting it latest rugged products at the Fire Rescue 2006 Conference and Exposition to be held November 7-11, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV.

Expanded 911powerÔ Generator, Inverter and UPS Product Line to be featured.

Energy Technologies, Inc. (ETI), the Standard in rugged power conditioning, will be exhibiting its expanded 911power generator, inverter and UPS product line in Las Vegas, NV.. These rugged units are designed to be deployable worldwide and can operate from any AC power in a given country or from the 12 or 24 VDC in fire and rescue equipment as well as military vehicles and aircraft.  The 911power portable inverters range in power output from 150 watts to 10,000 watts and are self contained in their own transit case with cabling to allow quick connections. They produce clean sinewave AC at 120 VAC, 60 hertz allowing the use computer, communications and commercial electronics in the field. The 911power UPS units range in output from 250 VA to 24,000 VA, which is more than adequate to support the critical electronic computer and communications equipment in most applications. They are designed to accept commercial power or mobile generator power ranging from 85 to 270 VAC. The input frequency can range from 45 to 440 hertz allowing even the use of aircraft power. These voltages and frequencies cover all standard AC voltages worldwide. The UPS converts these inputs to standard 120 VAC, 60 hertz used by most electronic equipment manufactured in the USA. This allows the use of standard fire and rescue equipment to be operated reliably anywhere in the world. Other output voltages with 50 or 60 hertz output frequency are also available. Besides converting the voltage and frequency, the ETI UPS eliminates all the voltage and frequency fluctuations, transients and distortions, providing only clean sinusoidal power to the crucial equipment.

Featured products will include:

  • Self contained inverters that quickly and safely setup in just 2 minutes.
  • Deployable UPS units that will accept any AC input and convert it to computer or medical grade power.
  • New man-portable generators that produce computer grade power using diesel fuels.

These models were developed from unit already successfully deployed in military and industrial applications worldwide.

Energy Technologies, Inc. provides highly reliable, yet cost effective product solutions for the rugged power conditioning requirements of the first responder, military, industrial, medical, and telecommunications sectors. ETI’s products are in use around the world including:

  • PowerStation™  rugged rackmount and custom UPS, power distribution units (PDU), frequency converters, and battery systems successfully used in thousands of high reliability requirements
  • TacticalPower® rugged UPS, inverters, frequency converters and generators readily deployable worldwide into harsh environments
